In Canada,political parties can get 60% of their campaign budget in tax credits
In Canada,if you go for treatments over 5 hours a week,you can declare your transportation expenses in disability tax credit,all covered
In Canada,if you go for treatments for 1 hour a week you can't get the disability tax credit even if it is claimed you need transportation as patient by Doctors that they are unable to drive after the treatments,as I claimed medical transportation expenses of $350.00 a month for 2005,2006,2007 and after being denied in april07and I was asked for more description of my treatment of the Stellate Ganglion Nerve Blocks and,my doctors complied, july07my appeal was denied after my Doctor sent a document,claiming my treatment isn't available locally,then in sept07 my objection was denied,as I don't fit the criteria for the disability tax credit benefit even though my income has only been disability pension of $833.35 a month/so since nov 1/07 my last block, I am still unable to pay for the transportation to my treatments to Coscare Health Services for aug sept oct 07
I've been unable to get to my treatments or pay my bills,or buy groceries,and
the illness,disease I have is CRPS,and I am awaiting a surgery,but I get no help from anyone due to the location I live,but after I spoke
with the labour council of ontario,they can't understand why I have been denied
as 40 bucks to treatment and 40 bucks home is not as expensive as it would be if I had to go to toronto,and if the Doctors in this area had done any tests when I first got ill, maybe I wouldnt have had to seek help elsewhere,and... why are other people who go for these treatments get the tax credit?and they are all over ontario,is it because they are women?well its not fair....J.M.SPIDERZ
